Over the last 6 months we have conducted a customer satisfaction survey on our scaffolding customers, which, in fact, brought great results. It was a great pleasure to see that our scaffold customers are greatly satisfied with our products and services. An average 5.5 score out of maximum 6, shows that our efforts to deliver best possible service paid off. Therefore, Instant would like to thank our clients for choosing and evaluating our company's performance as well as to promise to carry on improving and keeping our standards high.

Lem 1350 is the only new telescopic self propelled boom with fly jib in this range of aerial working platforms. This is really compact lift with an amazing capacity and 13.5 meters working height. This  machine is particularly easy to maneuver and is always stable regardless of terrain.

Instant is very proud to be one of the first providers of 14m scissor lifts. Dingli JCPT1412DC has a working height of 14 meters, platform size of 112x227cm, and additional outlay of 90cm. This is a very advanced lift with a weight of just 2740 kg.

Instant Norge  AS is one of the first companies in the industry to introduce QR codes for easy access to the user manuals of  products. All new scaffolding, lifts and material handling products will get  QR codes that will link our customers directly to the correct documentation.

We launched new product - specific web pages according to brands: Snorkel www.snorkellift.eu , UpRight http://eng.upright.no and Dingli www.dingli.eu. It was done in order to make it easier to go straight to different models and to find information about spare parts and service manuals. All lift models, regardless of the new specific brand web pages, will be still available on our main web page instant.as. 

We broadened our lift range offering a unique rough terrain scissor lift, which has a working height up to 18 m and innovative order picker, which is the perfect solution for warehouses, stores or working with the racks.

Instant won this year's distributor prize in “Instant Challenge 2011”. This is an award, which is only given to the best distributors in the world of Instant alloy tower systems. Requirements for winning this award are very challenging.

The American diver Darren Taylor, also known as Professor Splash, set a new world record in swan-diving into an inflatable pool in Trondheim, Norway. The goal was to jump from an 11 meter Instant scaffolding and down into an inflatable mini pool, which was filled with only 30 centimeters of water.
